General

Who are Ideal Price Programs for?

Courses are for anyone or for teams that are facing a pricing challenge that they want to (or have to) solve themselves without the use of expensive outside consultants.

What background do I need to get the most out of the Ideal Price Programs

The courses are designed for people with a broad range of business experience. You should have at least some experience working in a commercial business, but do not need an MBA nor extensive mathematical skills. The courses take a step-by-step approach that leads you through at your pace, with individual support available if needed.

What can I do if I get stuck?

For smaller questions, the web ‘office hours’ and email support will give you fast and helpful support. For more intricate or complex questions, 1:1 coaching via web meetings is an option (premium packages)

How long will the Program take to complete? What’s the time commitment like?

There are 3 versions of the program and each demands a different level of time commitment. See below an overview:

How can I access the materials?

Once you subscribe and before the next program starts, there will be two sets of materials made available for you:

  • the documentation used during the live sessions which will be a set of pdf files with the content covered by the facilitators – you will be sent a link where you can download the materials.
  • access to your own digital whiteboard (www.miro.com) – here you will find a set of templates which we will work through the program. Each team will have its own digital whiteboard, setup in a confidential and password protected matter so that only your team has access to it. This board will be available for a period of 6 months. It is possible to download, export and duplicate boards.

Are the live sessions interactive?

Yes, the live sessions are interactive and a mix of facilitator led presentation and participants brainstorming and discussion moments. After the live sessions, participants are requested to work through and complete the key templates for discussion in the next live session. Business confidential matters will remain confidential as no one else besides the facilitators will have access to your materials. In the live sessions you share as much as you wish/ can. Web office hours mail exchanges and 1:1 coaching sessions are of course fully interactive.

Can I earn a certificate of completion through the online courses?

Yes! But the real value is applying the program materials to answer your own pricing questions

Technical

How do I sign up for a program?

Please check available dates and sign up by clicking on the link HERE

What will I have access to?

You will be added to the next co-hort of teams going through the program on the selected date. As the program begins you will be contacted by the facilitators to get you started and have access to:

  • Link to access the weekly live sessions and calendar invites.
  • A PDF document covering the material from the live sessions.
  • Access to your own digital whiteboard with templates and tools that will be used throughout the program to address your pricing challenges.
  • Web discussion forums where you can ask questions to your peers and the instructors
  • Access to web ‘office hours’, where a topic will be covered live and you’ll have the chance to ask questions about that or any topic on your mind.
  • Email answers to specific questions.
  • 1:1 coaching as you work through your pricing decision (premium packages only)

What is the format of the live sessions?

The live sessions are web-based sessions that go through the multiple program modules and these build on each other. Each is supported with a PDF version of the materials and its templates and tools on the digital whiteboard. Live sessions will be run using Google Meet and/ or Zoom.

What system requirements do I need for the online courses?

You’ll need a laptop or tablet computer to access the training materials. For web office hours you’ll also need standard video conferencing capabilities

Are the live sessions recorded?

Yes, live sessions are recorded and made available to you and your team to catch up in case you need to miss one or other. Remember that each live session covers a module and that the modules build on each other – so, be sure to watch the recording of the missed live session before you join the next one for optimal track progress!

 

Logistics

How long do I have access to the materials?

You will have access to all the materials for six months after the program is finished.

Can I expect help round the clock during a program?

Questions will typically be answered within one business day.

Are the programs timed, or can I do the work in my own time?

The programs have a fixed start and end date and they normally run four times a year. You can enroll to a certain date and change it once in case you can no longer join the initially selected date. When going through the program, the only fix time is the weekly 2h live session. Besides that, you can work at your own paced within the program extension and you can schedule the coaching sessions at your convenience.

How soon after the course is purchased is it available?

Courses are available immediately after purchase. In cases where course is being rolled out, new modules will be available approximately weekly

Can I share my subscription with my team?

Yes, depending on the program version you select, you can take the program individually or with other members of your team:

  • Price foundation – up to two team members.
  • Ready-to-Launch – Up to five team members.
  • Made for you – Up to ten team members.
 

Other Questions

Some of the tools and templates are very useful. Can I use them as part of my own consulting practice?

All the course materials are copyrighted and are licensed for use as part of the course by the subscriber only. If you would like access to use the tools beyond this use please contact us at info@ideal-price.com
